it's SO easy and really good. we ate it with dinner last night and again as cinnamon toast this morning. i did have to add more flour though in the last mixing step - like almost a whole extra cup. i would just add flour until the dough starts coming off the sides of the bowl. mine was still really soupy after the 2 1/2 cups...this will make a lot more sense when you read the recipe :)
I am originally from outside of Atlanta, GA and currently reside in Nashville, TN with my husband, Jon, my son, Liam, and my two dogs, Scooter and Sadie. I love my life which includes spending lots of time with family and friends, trying to keep track of my husband, learning how to raise my son, event planning, cooking and eating (yum!), music, theater, musical theater, photography, writing, reading, tivo-ing my fave shows, shopping, rescuing animals, enjoying the outdoors, striving to improve myself and my relationship with God, and trying to abide peacefully somewhere in the balance.
